The Challenge

Classroom devices arrive in inconsistent states: different system versions, missing educational software, printers that aren't reachable from the network. Teachers end up losing instruction time to setup problems.

What I Did

Every device was configured to the same standard, connected, tested, documented, and delivered ready for classroom use, with one month of follow-up support included.
