New devices need initial system setup, updates, company software, browser configuration, and user environment setup. Multiplied across 23 machines and done individually by employees, that's days of lost working time and inconsistent setups.
What I Did
All 23 devices were prepared in advance to the same specification and delivered ready to use.

- 02Completed initial operating system setup on each device

- 04Applied all pending system and application updates

- 07Verified each device before delivery
Technical Implementation
Repeatable per-device build: OS initialization, update pass, company software install, user environment configuration, and verification before sign-off.
Result
Instead of unopened boxes, employees received working computers on their first day and started immediately.
